You can love your baby and still have complicated feelings about your birth

Becoming Mom

A guided birth story integration experience.

A place to talk.

A place to be heard.

A safe space to tell your story.

You've told your birth story,

but have you actually had space to process it?

Birth matters, not only physically, but also emotionally. Our story shapes how we feel about ourselves as an individual and a parent and can influence how we feel in this next phase of life.

Maybe nothing “went wrong,” but something still feels unresolved.

Maybe parts of your story feel empowering—and other parts feel heavy, confusing, or hard to name.

This 4-hour guided experience is designed to give you space to:
– Tell your story in a way that feels heard
– Understand your emotional experience more clearly
– Recognize your strength without dismissing what was hard
– Leave with a new perspective on your birth

You won’t be told how to feel.
You won’t be rushed.

And you don’t need to have the “right kind” of birth to belong here.

Just a story that deserves to be understood.

This birth story experience is led by Rachel Stephan, and is a place to pause, acknowledge, and make sense of your birth story.

Perfect for anyone who has given birth, no matter how recent or long ago.

  • Led by Rachel Stephan, perinatal mental health coach and licensed mental health counselor

  • Support for all birth locations and stories

  • Babies are welcome or you can take this time to just focus on you :)

If you're surprised by how you feel about birth now that you're on the other side--

you're not alone.
